What is the difference between projects, residential properties and exclusive listings?
A project refers to the entire real estate project and provides an overview of the location, standard of construction, the number of units (residential properties), and other relevant information. Residential properties, on the other hand, are individual residential units, such as penthouse or garden apartments, and provide an overview of the number of rooms, square footage, and other details of a specific unit. Exclusive listings are only available on our portal and are not yet publicly marketed. This means that premium subscribers with access to exclusive listings can be given priority by developers, as they are the first to submit a contact request.
What distinguishes Neubauprojekte.ch from other real estate portals?
The portal specializes in new-build properties and compiles all new-build projects from over 80 marketing partners, its own exclusive research, and additionally from over 65 external sources. The premium subscription also offers the opportunity to get a head start on new-build projects that have not yet been publicly advertised.
Planning applications are very early announcements of a new construction project. These often contain little specific information (e.g., price, size). The time from the planning application (project pre-announcement) to completion can take several years, especially for rental projects. In addition, some providers of planning applications do not wish to be contacted directly. However, we will collect your request and forward it to the relevant provider at the appropriate time. We will also keep you informed about the current status of those planning applications, provided you have submitted an inquiry.
Why don't I receive suitable projects as a Premium subscriber?
You must complete your search profile to receive suitable projects. However, it may also happen that construction activity in your search radius is currently low.
How do I increase my chances of winning my dream property?
Of course, every builder makes their own decisions. However, a survey by Neubauprojekte.ch found that speed is one of the most important factors. This means that those who apply first have a better chance of winning the contract. Furthermore, if enough information is available, the builder can get a better idea of the applicants' interest. You can complete your profile and thus increase your chances.
If you don't have an active Premium subscription or aren't logged into the portal with your Premium account, you won't have access to the encrypted exclusive listings. Therefore, please check your "My Account" to see if you're logged in or if your subscription has expired.
