What is the difference between projects, residential units and exclusive listings?
A project refers to the entire real estate development and provides an overview of the location, finishing standard, number of units (residential objects) and other relevant information. Residential units are the individual housing units such as penthouse or garden apartments, and provide an overview of the number of rooms, square meters and more for a specific unit. Exclusive listings can only be found on our portal and are not yet in public marketing. This means that premium subscribers with access to the exclusive listings may be given priority by the developers, as they are the very first to submit a contact request.

You must fill in your search profile in order to receive matching projects. It may also occur that building activity in your search radius is currently low.
How can I increase my chances of securing my dream property?
Every developer ultimately decides individually. However, a survey by Neubauprojekte.ch found that speed is one of the most important factors. This means that those who apply first have greater chances of being awarded the property. Furthermore, developers can get a better picture of the level of interest when enough information is available. You can complete your profile to increase your chances.
